“2010 Prius: First visit and will be back!! Used the drop box and had a complete overview of my car’s condition by 7:45am with photos of the recommended repairs. Great way to communicate the problem and provide an itemized cost. Prices were much lower then another non-dealer Toyota repair business!! Great example: oil leak showing at the bottom of the timing chain cover. Other business quoted new cover gasket which requires pulling the engine costing more than $2000.
